Health Sector Job Growth Flat for First Time in Decade- According to a recent report published by the Center for Sustainable Health Spending at the Altarum Institute, the national health sector added only 2,500 jobs in July 2013 - the lowest monthly gain in a decade. 2013 is showing slower healthcare job growth than 2012, and hospital employment has been flat.
